But this location almost made me swear off of going to this chain ever again and I would give it a zero star if I could. It took almost 20mins for us to get our food when only two to three people ordered ahead of us. I told the lady that put our order through that it was to go twice. When we finally got our food it was in stay-in containers, I mentioned to the lady that we were taking the food to go and she then gestured towards the tray again and said to me that I didn't want a bag. I asked her if I could have my food put in a take out box as in the stay in container they could spill all over my car. She repeated to me that I didn't want a bag and I tried to explain to her again that usually a chicken strip and fries is in a take out box. She told me they had no boxes like that. I was beyond frustrated, and as I was about to explain or even show a picture of said box, her coworker came up behind her with the box and put it on the counter. I put my own food in the box and walked out. After all that my chicken was rock hard and over cooked and the fries were about the same. I won't be back to this location.

Two staff members started laughing at me for no reason, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Later, another staff member did take my order, but the behavior of the first two left a very negative impression. Staff should be trained in basic manners and customer service, including greeting customers properly. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to others.
