Being homeless and unemployed isn’t an easy chapter, but this spot has given me something incredibly valuable: kindness, warmth, and a place to just be. The staff here are genuinely some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. They’ve always treated me with respect, never judgment, and even offered me food at times when I really needed it. That kind of kindness hits deep. You don’t forget it. The vibe inside is perfect — cozy seating, plenty of natural light, and it always smells ridiculously good (like a tortilla-wrapped hug the moment you walk in). It’s a comfortable place to recharge, breathe, and feel human again. I’m truly grateful for this place and the people who make it what it is. Thank you for creating a spot that’s more than just a restaurant — it’s been a quiet refuge during a tough time. Highly recommend. Great energy, and even greater hearts.

We go to this location Once every couple weeks and usually have a good experience and have had some bad experiences as well, but nothing that could compare to todays. Today was completely disappointing. Walking in there were a couple people in front of us and a few people followed behind. There were 3 employees working who all seemed to have made their conversations more of a priority than assisting customers. I asked for burrito sauce on the side and when I came home, the sauce was not in the bag and I had to eat my bowl very dry. Our second order was a burrito, when the employee put it in the gridle, he started talking to his coworkers and left it in there for so long that it flattened and while he was wrapping the burrito, it ripped in half and couldn’t be enjoyed as a burrito anymore, but instead had to be eaten as a bowl. This could’ve been avoidable if the focus was on the food.
