The guy at the front was very bubbly and friendly to the customers ahead of me, and then when it was my turn to order very cold and lacked any sort of cusotmer service. This is my 3rd time coming to this location and it has happened every time. To add, the second time I was here I told him I wanted a bag and after the transaction was over he said "you didn't ask for one" and started to charge my card for a $0.25 bag (which I was happy to pay for), but as I was getting my card out he rudely said "just go" and walked off at the last minute. I ordered today and told him I felt he was very rude every time I had been there. He denied and laughed it off with rude remarks about me to other customers as I was leaving. The food, tastes good but the portion distribution is very poor. I always pay for extra chicken and only get half of the spoon. I wanted to continue to come to this location because the food is healthy and tasty, but due to the customer service I will have to find another restaurant.

Their workspace, where they were making the burritos, was also a complete mess. Ingredients were everywhere, nothing looked wiped down, and it made the whole process feel really unsanitary. I was genuinely grossed out. And left immediately, if basic cleanliness isn’t taken seriously, I can’t trust the food. I hope management steps up and fixes this.
