  Waited for food for 25 minutes, had to send blizzard back by the time food finally came. Also was closed. Not impressed at all.

  We had ordered a cake for my niece and had asked for the Funky Flower design they have on their website. I even sent in the picture since it seemed like they didn't understand what I meant. I kept explaining that it was a cake design featured on their website. So I go to pick up the cake and it is nothing like what I'd asked for. They only offered to make little dots in the center of the flowers but I said it's nothing like the design I asked for and they didn't seem to care. Cake flavor was great but customer service was not.

  The cook got a burger wrong and immediately made a new one without us asking. My grandson was talking about it and the lady heard. Amazing service and super quick.

  Attention, CEO / head manager of dairy Queen, self-raiser way, Abbotsford British Columbia. Please give the highest respect, recognition, and endless accolades to an amazingly great professional who had taken a very bad taste out of our mouth from a failed skip experience. Gurleen was kind, professional, and very helpful when I had called dairy Queen, inquiring why the flamethrower chicken strip basket and dairy Queen cupcake was not available for me to order on skip the dishes... She was absolutely amazing and advised me that I wouldn't have to be disappointed in not being able to get these items, just because they were not put on the skip app, which I told her was absolutely stupid and didn't make any sense at all.. I had a very bad taste in my mouth from not being able to see these items and to have this available for me to order on skip, as it is my usual app that I like to use ... She took that bad experience and made it absolutely amazing by telling me I could access Uber and enjoy all of the delicious items that I was looking for. Thanks to this amazing professional, I now ordered two days in a row on Uber and utterly enjoyed the flamethrower chicken strips with fries and soft serve and also the amazing cupcake that I was once told before couldn't be delivered to me on skip this lady is truly great and should be given the highest respect for representing dairy Queen 110%, however most importantly she truly cared about me as a customer and she didn't want to lose the business for dairy Queen. For anyone who is reading this today, I highly recommend the flamethrower chicken strips with fries and soft serve and the amazingly delicious cupcake. Thank you Gurleen for your excellence!!!
