Orders never made right, but with the way I hear management speak to staff I am not surprised. Sounds like a very stressful environment to work in.

Managers are on here leaving 5 star reviews for a poorly managed establishment.
I have frequented this restaurant since it opened and on multiple occasions have witnessed staff members berating others for doing something incorrectly. Not a business I want to support. From what I have seen over the counter someone should be talking to the mangers about how they deal with personnel challenges. Definitely better ways to go about it.

Went to McDonald’s today, I am extremely unimpressed and heart goes out to the employees that your manager Jerome treats you all like that. You all are doing great there needs to be something done about a new store manager the amount of conflict I heard and how he treated and spoke to you all is sad.

Placed order at the drive-through. Asked for a receipt. Was told it would be in the bag. At payment window, Asked again for a receipt. They said it would be at pickup window. Went to Pick up window and asked for a receipt Was told to move to the 3rd window for my order. Went to 3rd window. No one there. Finally someone come by and asked what I was waiting for. I told them what I ordered as well the receipt. After another wait, the order arrived. I asked about the receipt again. Was told that it would be in the bag. I took order, not wanting to hold up the line, and when I got home.....guess what.......No receipt. How many times does a customer have to ask for a receipt?
Apparently. at this McDonalds.........4 times is not enough.

Gave this place a grace period because they were new, but every order is messed up. Nobody working the front
