- EMEvona MulkeyApr 22, 20265.0When I came in it was kind of busy but the service was prompt and quick. I was greeted by the cashier Lisa. She was very kind and patient with me. I had my two year old and she was close but was walking around. I was slightly distracted when giving Lisa my order but she was so patient with me. Lisa made sure to ask if I wanted to add anything after each item. I saw the Milkshake options and got excited about the Oreo options! I ordered that as well! We waited maybe 10 minutes, no problem as my daughter had made a friend and was happy. Our number was called and we went up to pick up the food. The gentleman who handed me the food immediately says, " You're waiting on a milkshake? It will be up shortly for you ma'am." And he was not lying! Lisa the cashier, was making my milkshake as the gentleman was handing me my food. She tells me, "It will be up momentarily for you! Do you want whip cream on it?" She lets me know it's finished and as I go to pick it up Lisa says to me, "I put in as much Oreo for you as I could!" For Lisa to notice just how much I LOVE Oreo's from one interaction really made me smile. I worked in customer service and hospital for over 10 years and I truly appreciate when an employee notices a small detail for a customer and goes the extra mile when they don't have to! Lisa thank you for your kindness and your professionalism, we will back!

Ordered a small bacon burger with lettuce,mayo, tomato, jalapenos, a small cajun fry and a strawberry malt. Received small bag with only the burger. Asked for my shake and he had to look at receipt. asked for fries and again looked at receipt. Got small fries but not cajun like I asked. When I arrived at my work space I opened the burger and realized they forgot the lettuce, tomato. Ate it anyway, it was still good. SLOW DOWN GUYS!!!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
