- PDPaulette Dodgion3 days ago1.0After attempting to place a to go order for at least 15 minutes on the mobile app, which would not allow me to update my payment method, I called this Foothills Subway. The young lady I talked to refused to take my order by phone, telling me she was not allowed to do that. Made no sense to me. After a few more attempts with the mobile app, I was finally able to submit my order for two footlong sandwiches. When I got home with the sandwiches, I found that the type of bread had been switched on each, the few meatballs were cold, and the pickles and olives ordered on the other sandwich were missing, along with having only one paperthin slice each of ham and turkey. These two pathetic excuses for sandwiches cost me over $22 + tax. This is not the first time we've had similar problems with this Foothills Subway, and I'm thinking it's finally the last time.

I was unsure of what I wanted but he helped me pick out my sandwich while being professional and polite. He makes a great sandwich . Thanks!
