As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Ordered was very simple. 2 different combos, one had a burger plain, said nothing on it, just meat and cheese, ordered a swirl cone also. Then verified with the cashier the burger was plain, no pickles, nothing. She responded no ketchup, no mustard? Yep was my answer, plain as can be, very boring. We were asked to drive around and park, we waited, food brought out, no swirl cone, so my wife asked her about that. She said, oh she forgot and went back in to make the cone. Looked at the "plain sandwich" had pickles on it. The cashier returned to the car with what looked like a small pile of poo, literally, they had made the smallest cone in chocolate, not swirl. We would have looked past that because that is the service you expect these days. But then I showed her the burger, she said oh it has pickles, I'm sorry I'll have them remake it. She then returns and says my manager says they won't remake it because you didn't specifically say no pickles. I asked to speak to the manager but the manager good being the cashier and wouldn't come out to talk about how crappy their service was. Highly don't recommend this location. It is the definition of incompetence and cowardly leadership. Wife chimed in. Food was 3 out of 10. Not good.

Look I’ve worked in the industry for over 20 years so I cutt hospitality workers slack I understand but her yea never again.
