Side note for dog owners: they use regular Reddiwhip, which has actual sugar and no xylitol sweetener (which is poisonous to dogs).... (Included because occasionally Starbucks uses sugar-free vanilla syrup to mix their whipped cream, which does have xylitol, so I don't get their puppercinos anymore after our vet reported a rash of xylitol poisonings in my area).

- SFShelby FullerDec 21, 20251.0hi dutch bros team! i’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade and dutch bros has always been a place that brought comfort, joy, and genuine human connection—especially on birthdays. this year, though, that experience felt very different. on my birthday, i mentioned it was my birthday while ordering my birthday drink, but there was no greeting, acknowledgment, or “happy birthday” at all. sadly, my best friend in new mexico had the same experience at a different location. dutch bros has always stood out for making people feel special without having to ask, and having to explain or request a birthday acknowledgment feels like a loss of that culture. i’m sharing this because dutch bros has meant a lot to me for many years, and i truly hope it can return to the caring, personal experience that made it so special. thank you for taking the time to read this.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
