Balanced, made quickly, and somehow tastes better every time she makes it. You can tell she pays attention to what she’s doing, no guessing, no shortcuts. Customer service was great too. Super friendly, efficient, and somehow remembers regular orders like it’s nothing. Makes the whole experience easy. And while we’re being honest… it’s impressive how she’s moving that fast and still looks good doing it. Not saying that’s part of the job description, but it’s noted. 10/10. I’ll be back. For the quality, obviously.😅

And his friend is not a very good person. She drinks all the time and is a bad influence. And my sister had her law degree and takes good care. She is my fiancé was just doing for the looks but I was doing because I want our baby to me smart like my sister and genuine. I slam the door behind me and went to Dutch because I’ve went to Dutch since I was 19. I’m 26. And everyone is just so nice. I ordered 2. One for my fiancé because I love him. I ordered Pink Velvet Shake and Aftershock Rebel. And I payed for my order and wait at the window. And I won’t forget about this girl her name is Ari was the most kindest person ever. I had told her what just happened to me and she was there listening to my problem and I was crying before I got to the window. She was telling me sweet words. I hate when I cry to strangers is just she kept telling me I will go through this and that and I quote “ You are to handsome to cry”. That just made my night than you so much Ari. I told my fiancé he started laughing but we talked and he agrees on my decision. Thank you so much.

Yes the coffee is great but the people and personalities……personalities like hers is what keeps me going back. There is nothing like great coffee, exceptional service and a beautiful smile at 5 a.m. Customer service was clearly prioritized every time she was present and her energy was contagious. Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
