  Way too serious about straws. Some people died today, but do NOT question the straws you are given it's unacceptable customer behavior. Have a good day lady

  Went to Dunkin for the very first time ever. was very excited because i’ve seen so much good about them. When we got to the drive thru it felt like we were a bother being there. Obviously since we’ve never been to dunkin we just ordered off the menu which apparently was out of date because they had very little that was listed. The worker was very stand offish and didn’t offer any help in helping find something since the menu was out of date. Will probably not return to a dunkin.

  No customer service skills. Don't care what you order just give you what they feel like giving you. Seem bothered when you have to go inside to request the food you already ordered through the app instead what they chose to put in your bag.
