I wouldn't never go to this Dunkin Donuts. I can't believe they allow these left-wing protesters there all the time. They yelling Trump and ICE sucks. Waving the Mexican flag. Very poor business decision.

shoutout to monse :D (and the morning dunkin team) i had a mess up on my order a couple days ago and when i let her know about it she said she would fix it for me / she re-made my order and she even memorized it off the top of her head. it was super hectic and busy in there so i appreciated the fact that she still put care into my order and issue and was able to fix it for me!

Worst service at a dunkin.
Sadly cause the guy didn't listen to the order.
He acted like a lot was going on in life.
The manager was kind though.
She was willing to change and fix things.

On 1/17/25 at approximately 1300, I waited over 20 minutes at the register without being acknowledged. During that time, two customers ahead of me left because no one was helped and no orders were moving.
After standing there ignored, I had to ask an employee if anyone was going to assist the customers at the counter. His response was that he was “helping the drive-through.” I explained that I understood, but there were customers who had been standing at the register for a long time without even a greeting or acknowledgment. He repeated that he was helping the drive-through and made no attempt to assist or call for help.
I then asked if I should just go through the drive-through instead so I wouldn’t be ignored. He responded that I was “more than welcome” to do so — with attitude.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. Being short-staffed does not justify completely ignoring customers who are standing directly in front of you. A simple acknowledgment, explanation, or basic courtesy would have taken seconds. Instead, customers were dismissed and driven away.
Experiences like this are exactly why Starbucks consistently has more customers. I will not be returning.
