  Food is tasty. Too bad the servers are awful and will kick you out. First, we sat waiting on our online order which it was our first time ordering and probably the last. We thought like any other place we could dine in after receiving the order, wrong! Anyways, first server comes and politely basically tells us if we can move tables so she can clean it and go home. A little annoying but she was kind enough. Next while we're in the middle of our bite, here comes another server. What now? You can't dine in we can only serve it violates blah blah. Okay, well first time here and probably the last. It's like what 10:30pm? Could've simply said "company policy states blah blah" and let it go that one time and it would have not happened again. Whatever there's other food places to eat at. Quite annoying getting moved once and getting kicked out all in the span of like 5 minutes.

  Update: 12/26/25; Received a response from BWW apologizing. That was quick! AI generated? Thank you! I'm not looking for Comps nor a concession! Where am I going to use it...at BWW again? As a franchise chain, BWW needs to fix its problem on branded food and service! Same with the cleanliness of its outdoor dining. Especially, where there's bird guano present! You clean your tables and chairs first, you don't seat people and clean as an after thought! My rating stands! -------------------------------------- Eating outdoors this time around and seated at a bar type table. Table had a layer of dust on it and bird crap on a several chairs. We asked that the table and chairs get cleaned from one of the waiters or can we sit elswhere. We could put two tables together? Nope! It took almost 10-minutes before the waiter came to clean the table. The barmop was muddy looking. The bar stool type chairs at this table sit too low as well. I am sitting at the table and it is chest high. The music for dinner is not conducive for eating. Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and other hard rock doesn't cut it! It's been 1-hour since we've been seated. And 17-people that were seated after us are already eating their main meal; yet there were 7 of us! After the ice water and tea, 1-hr later still good and so is the water! Pretzel nuts were tasty, somewhat! Finally served; fries were tepid, too long sitting under the heat lamps. Rcv'd mozarella sticks versus boneless wings. Getting dark now, and no lighting for the corner table, unless you figure in the street lamp. But $221 for branded SYSCO food? Not worth it!

  Jakie was absolutely amazing. She was full of smiles, had some good jokes, and was on top of making sure we always had what we needed. The wings were on point as always.

  Me, my husband and his brother came here to eat and I’m sorry, but the cooks all need to get fired. We ordered at 7 pm, didn’t get our food until 8 pm and the order was wrong. My husband ordered a saucy chicken sandwich, which ended up coming out as a chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato and cheese (none of which comes with the saucy version), and there was literally 2 drops of sauce on it. We complained, waited an extra 20 minutes and got the “correct” sandwich, except they just took off the cheese, tomato and lettuce, exact same patty (which again, had no sauce on it) and still had lettuce on it with a new bun to try and pass it off as a new sandwich. Imagine if he had an allergy and they gave him a cross contaminated patty. I ordered wings and they came out cold because it took an hour to get our order. Listen, I’ve loved buffalo in the past, was literally there 2 weeks ago and had a fantastic meal, but the cooks are horrible now. The server was amazing, bless her, even she was confused about the mix up. Didn’t even bother complaining to the manager because previous reviews literally say they didn’t help. Hope they fire whoever is in the kitchen, there’s no way they’re qualified cooks.
