Good spot to eat, they say they close at 10 but close doors like at 9 I would understand if you couldn’t order some food as the kitchen closes but please update hours if your not gonna serve

Good food and service. The only downside is the bar, they always run out of ingredients and they are not able to make your drink. Other than that everything good.

Rant to Bostons Pizza - Hello, I wanted to share my experience from our visit today because it was extremely disappointing. The last couple of times we came in, both the pizza and the service were great, but this visit was the complete opposite.
When our pizza first came out, the pepperonis were burnt. We figured it wasn’t a big deal and tried it anyway, but it did not taste okay. We asked if it could be remade, and the waitress kindly said no problem. We appreciated that and waited.
While we were waiting for the second pizza, manager Tyler popped out of the kitchen multiple times. Each time, he looked in our direction but never once approached us, never asked if everything was okay, and never acknowledged what was going on.
After another 25 minutes, the second pizza finally came out — and I was livid. I genuinely couldn’t believe it looked even more burnt than the first one. The waitress even said, “To be honest, it doesn’t look any better.” She offered to remake it again but stated she couldnt promise it would look any better and also offered a free dessert.
I said no to the dessert because we didn’t want anything free — we just wanted actual food to feed my hungry toddler, who had already been waiting over 40 minutes for his favorite food. And it was especially frustrating because we’ve ordered this exact same pizza from this same location before, and it has never come out charred like that.
What made the situation even worse was how it was handled. When we asked for the first pizza to be remade, Tyler came out of the kitchen, looked directly toward our table, and then turned right back around without acknowledging us at all. Even after we asked to speak with him, he still took his time coming out. Not once did he approach us on his own during any of the moments he popped out of the kitchen.
The waitress mentioned something about the pepperonis being the reason they were charred, but that didn’t explain why we were basically served the same burnt pizza twice — or why the manager avoided us instead of addressing the issue immediately.
To be clear: we did NOT want anything free. We just wanted our food made correctly so we could feed our child. The way this was handled was completely unacceptable.
My husband stayed behind to speak with the manager, Tyler Claar, whose only excuse was that he had a banquet going on. Yet he clearly had time to pop out of the kitchen several times earlier — he just chose not to speak to us. He printed out some Mother’s Day certificate, but that doesn’t fix the experience or the way we were treated.
We won’t be returning to this location anytime soon, if at all.
