And to have attitude because you can't hear me is absurd...... after getting my order they came out to be wrong because they can not hear me over the music that seems to be more important than getting my order right l.. is it really necessary to find a good song to just make my order and right the first time at that.
- SLstella lunaApr 11, 20261.0on a couple occasions some of the girls be having attitude and are pretty rude lmao but in particular twice already theres been this girl who idk if shes like that with everyone or just me. she came out to hand me my two rebels but she literally shoved them at me. i was holding the two drinks to my chest trying to balance them as shes trying to hand me straws like girl who does that. whole time shes just staring at me blankly. so yea now im sad that was so mean and rude like who treats a stranger like that :-( ive asked around for her name bc like i said its been about 2 times with a not so nice interaction and ive learned her name is lily

Customer service is out of this world and the drinks are amaze!!! Love this location, the people and the drinks!

Today I had a pleasure of meeting Colton one of the workers and he provided excellent customer service and that should definitely be recognized. Thank you for always providing an amazing atmosphere.

I realize they are busy but when I commented that it was so long and a terrible wait.....the Barista slammed my drink down (some spilled out) and said have nice and day š Terrible customer service. I asked for manager (Brook) and she apologized for her behavior. They Lost my business though š

Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
