  We ordered a pizza tonight and they gave us someone else's order we tried to call them back The manager was being really rude we asked him to remake our pizza they told us it's going to be another 40 minutes for a pizza and the pizza they bring us was burnt the pepperonis were burnt and it wasn't even cut The manager Alley I believe her name was was really rude she shouldn't even be a manager I've been in a restaurant business for quite some time I have my own restaurant and we know how to treat people but this is ridiculous need to do better

  Unfortunately we are so busy and my two twin boys love dominoes so much that we order four times a week every time maybe once or twice out of the orders weekly will get a wrong pizza or a Mis cut pizza or poorly cooked pizza the manager always insists on us giving the pizza back which we do then has the audacity to say every time you guys order it's a problem the problem is you guys messing up on pizzas I tried to explain to her that we were not complaining about the pizza and we give it back every time there's a problem why would I want to order late night for me and my children just to send it back and wait 30-40 minutes no one wants to do that unless something's wrong the manager tonight Friday April 24th I don't know why we're being targeted when we are good paying customers and we are being penalized I must check the pizza at our door now when we get it delivered tonight we got a total different order not what we ordered at all then she proceeds to say well we don't believe you because the other person hasn't called to complain yet so otherwise we are a lower class customer and because we call them out on their mistakes we don't deserve to eat their Pizza I guess and that's the way she makes us feel Ali the manager at Domino's we will no longer be ordering from Domino's sadly we're going to try Pizza Hut and sees how that pans out no pun intended Domino's on Avenue B are Pizza Nazis and will blame you for their mistakes and also the first gentleman that we call to tell him about the mistakes that enjoy the pizza and we'll remake yours and get it out quick as possible she called back very upset and that's when she proceeded to tell us everything I said above Sunset don't you dare eat the pizza or I will not remake yours if she thinks we're trying to eat pizza and then get it free I don't know what she's talking about because we always send it back to show her mistake last week we got a pizza that wasn't even cut I had to pull out the roller cutter sad when you pay good money and everything's expensive and you can't even get it right thank you Domino's on Avenue B but no thank you you lost a customer and unfortunately the gentleman that owns the chains here in Yuma I know him well and his family doesn't deserve employees like Ali ruining their livelihood

  Pizza's quality is always great and exactly what I ordered The staff is always great and very friendly
