When she stepped up to the register and we ordered guacamole she had the single sterner stop and come get the guacamole?? She was cleaning counters and doing things on her iPad while the poor server was working with a line almost to the door. I think the manager was maybe 20 but a little common sense would have helped!

When I got to the bowl station, both pinto and black beans were completely unavailable—they had already run out. Moving on to the protein section, I was only offered a few small pieces of steak, with no other alternatives provided. Overall, there were very limited options, and the staff didn’t offer any solutions or substitutions. Given the lack of ingredients, I chose to cancel my order, as I wasn’t willing to pay $30 for what amounted to just a few pieces of steak. This experience felt poorly managed, especially during a busy lunch hour. I hope steps are taken to ensure better stock and customer service in the future.

Tea was also icky that I didn't drink it. Super disappointed! Normally my go-to place while traveling but I will not stop at this location again.
