Frequently slow, out of items, making mistakes with orders. I feel like the staff tries, just dont know whats up.

Your arbys app is not good here, the employees say because they're part of loves. I will just get rid of my Arby's app and not go to any arbys.
Edit: I went to the website the owner suggested and haven't heard anything back. I believe the response on this review was to try and make them look good.

The worst first experience here at the new Arbys here in winslow. The worst. Ordered my food. I see something which looked like my order. I asked the girl if it was mine...she looked it over and said no, and mine was coming up. I said ok. Then seeing everyone get their food after I ordered. Started to frustrate me. And 40 minutes go by. And tell her the new girl that moved up front that I've been waiting for my food....now 50 minutes. So they went and remade my food. And at the same time the roast beef was out. And people in the drive through coming inside to complain about how long they were waiting. The manager on duty hears my dilemma and says, well he should have been listening. I look over at her letting her know I heard what she said, then said the girl told me that wasn't my order. Then starts to get frustrated. I get it. I've done fast food before, but making rude comments or faces is not customer service. And making comments about coworkers in front of customers like "we'll make sure to get rid of her." No thank you. Don't think I'll be coming back here again. And was the worst experience I've had for the first time coming here. Not a good thing.
