  Wow!! I can’t believe what this place allowed to go out the door. Pathetic display of quality!! I get their sliders from time to time. I’m used to getting a good size wing on the chicken slider. NOT HERE though. See the pics for yourself. I basically got a BREAD sandwich with buffalo and ranch sauce. WHERE’S THE CHICKEN!!!! Don’t go here!

  The worst first experience here at the new Arbys here in winslow. The worst. Ordered my food. I see something which looked like my order. I asked the girl if it was mine...she looked it over and said no, and mine was coming up. I said ok. Then seeing everyone get their food after I ordered. Started to frustrate me. And 40 minutes go by. And tell her the new girl that moved up front that I've been waiting for my food....now 50 minutes. So they went and remade my food. And at the same time the roast beef was out. And people in the drive through coming inside to complain about how long they were waiting. The manager on duty hears my dilemma and says, well he should have been listening. I look over at her letting her know I heard what she said, then said the girl told me that wasn't my order. Then starts to get frustrated. I get it. I've done fast food before, but making rude comments or faces is not customer service. And making comments about coworkers in front of customers like "we'll make sure to get rid of her." No thank you. Don't think I'll be coming back here again. And was the worst experience I've had for the first time coming here. Not a good thing.

  Wanted Arby's and first thing she says is "We're out of Beef". Always out of something 🤔 Where's the Beef?!! ......

  I ordered thru the drive thru this afternoon & should've checked my order before leaving with it! The steak nuggets were All burned, curly fries were cold, the apple pie shake was good & the poppers. I've ordered from Taylor Arby's & it's been perfect! Lesson learned, won't make this mistake again!

  10:15 pm on November 23rd. The girl working the front was so dang sick she couldn't stop coughing from the time we walked in to the time she gave us our food. I watched her cough into her gloves then get our fries. I asked why she was working if she was so sick. All she did was look at me and smile. I threw the food away not worth it. She was that sick. I understand why this place has a 2.2 rating. Freaking disgusting. 😫
