  Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Better than expected. Customer service on the other hand was atrocious. My senior citizen parents asked for either coffee or tea, the young man at the counter said that they don't sell any but just go down to the coffee shop and you can buy it there. My father goes out to buy a coffee and a tea for my mom (my son and I each ordered soft drinks) and within a minute of returning to the restaurant they are told that they do not allow any outside drinks. They only went out to buy at the suggestion of their worker... He should have had the courtesy to also mention that outside drinks were not permitted. They returned. They drinks to car and had to sit through the meal without a beverage.

  Asked for the crust to be lighter baked. Person said he couldn't. Rules. I asked for the pizza to be cut in eight slices instead of twelve. Said can't do that. Rules. I chose to leave instead.

  It was great. I took my 3 nethews and my 1 niece. They love it so much cause they even have a toy machine there

  The staff hit my son and yelled at him instead of apologizing. We had to wait for 45 minutes and they were pissed we were just sitting there waiting for are food. I would not recommend this to anyone.

  We were looking for a pizza place with the tourist vibe and we found one. We looked at all the reviews and decided we still needed to give this a try. We were very pleased with the service the wait staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything start to finish. The pizza was delicious. The place itself was fun too! Would definitely recommend!
