  Horrible service , make sure to thoroughly go through your order , 9 drinks , 1 drink holder , no fries , bread was stale!! Cheese wasn’t even melted!! Had to drive back 20 minutes one way ,

  Food was McDonalds. The service isn't the best. You have to get someone's attention for something simple like a ketchup packet or a drink refill. Nothing is self serve accept napkins and straws.

  Better than usual lunch stop off the highway. Almost always busy with grand canyon tourist traffic, but they've always been quick and efficient whenever I stop there.

  Service was slow as the staff was prioritizing the drive thru over walk-in's. Used a kiosk to order which seems to be the preferred method here. Waited at least 10 minutes for our food order. Others were in line also. We entertained ourselves by watching a murder of ravens ransack the outside garbage can. It was over filled and garbage was all over the parking lot. While entertaining, it was still gross. Inside, the building was slightly messy. There was a receipt on the floor over two hours old. Staff was friendly but management needs to step in and delegate some more cleaning and have staff take care of walk-ins also. Even though we waited, I commented "At least the food will be fresh". But the fries were cold. I rarely eat at McDonalds and the food was not as tasty as I remember it to be. The burger meat was heavily spiced and condiments were gooped on and messy. For a tourist town, the food was OK priced. The ice cream cone was good.

  My husband and I frequent Williams from the Phoenix Valley at least once a month. We rarely go to McDonalds as we prefer other places in town and there is always too many people in drive thru and in store. What was so hugely dissappointing on 3/22/26 was we ordered a sausage egg mc muffin - no cheese meal with a small orange juice and a bacon egg biscuit meal with a small orange juice an extra bacon egg biscuit and an extra hash brown. It was $41!!! No one advised the $3.50 upcharge for orange juice so we were charged $7 extra and the orange juice was not that - it was ORANGE COLORED WATER!!! The food was cold and the saugage egg mc muffin had cheese. IF YOU ARE GOING TO UPCHARGE FOR A SPECIFIC DRINK - SAY SO!!!! AND DON'T HAVE IT WATERED DOWN!!!!!! We will never eat at this location again as it is just raking people needlessly over the coals for no other reason that greed. Who ever owns or manages this franchise should be fired by mc donalds franchise.....
