  We stayed by the Grand Canyon and we went down to get some food, we stopped to eat here and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place it’s delicious and they make you feel so welcomed!

  Pizza Factory Review When it’s cold outside, there’s nothing like a warm slice of pizza. I’ve always liked Pizza Factory—the breadsticks especially. Unfortunately, this location appears to be powered entirely by chaos. Years ago, with family and friends, we ordered eight pizzas, breadsticks, and salads… and were short one pizza. No big deal—mistakes happen. We mentioned it politely, and that’s when management accused us of running an international pizza-theft ring. Yelling ensued. Core memory unlocked. Years passed. I assumed new management, growth, healing. So we tried again. We called ahead to ask about dining. First-come, first-served—fair enough. They suggested a to-go order. Sure. Flexible guy here. I arrived an hour and a half before closing. A paper sign said they were closing early—still 30 minutes away. I was greeted with a scowl and informed they would not take our order because they had “had their fill of orders for the night.” This place has perfected the rare art of serving pizza with hostility. Bad management training appears to have been carefully preserved and passed down through generations. Come for the breadsticks. Stay for the emotional whiplash.

  DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Drove 40 mins w my elderly parents from Vale because their Google says they close at 8pm - got here at 7:15 and they said they aren’t taking orders?

  Manager caught an attitude because I didn't want tomatoes on a sandwich and I wanted to add onions and bell peppers. Seems like a simple and easy swap, she came up to the order taker and stated "we aren't subway" to the worker not to my face which is incredibly disrespectful. Im visiting and this guaranteed that I will never eat at this establishment again. There may be a reason that at 1230 on a Saturday that's its anything but slammed as well.

  I’ve been wanting to try the chain for a while. Sad they closed down the one in Mesa, but after trying it for ourselves in Williams, it is AWESOME! The pizza is so yummy, the cheesy breadstix are marvelous, and overall, the people are so friendly and welcoming! My dad especially loves the quality and effort putting into it! Definitely coming back here! Best pizza chain we had!
