  My McGriddles were good and the fact they still have a self serve soda fountain is a nice bonus. However, the dining area is very dirty, soda machines have sticky soda all over the back and counter, and every bench in the dining room has crumbs on it. Also watched an employee stick her fingers inside the cup when brining someone’s to go order to the counter. Slim pickings in Wilcox but would likely skip in the future.

  Worst McDonald’s on I-10 and I went from Alabama to California. It took 30 min to get in kids meal and the workers kept having their boyfriends come and have conversations with them and nothing being done. It needs an Audit and retraining the whole place.

  Asked cashiers to take my order, they said I could only order on the impossible to use tablets in the service area. They’re out of all chicken products. We order a $48 order and when we receive our burgers 2/4 of them are bright red in the middle and had to be remade. Fries were soggy and cold. No one acknowledged us accept for when we stood at the front for no less than 8 minutes asking to be acknowledged and the employees begrudgingly served us. Even when we asked for the new food the girls response was “sure”. Would eat anywhere else.

  They forgot several items on our order, they served the fries super poorly they served the fries half way in a md size fry. There was one lady who was super helpful though and willing to help.

  Bathrooms very very dirty! Hot fudge sundae had a teaspoon of hot fudge, when asked if I could have a bit more girl was rude. Garbage cans were full, hand sanitizer was filthy.
