  Waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a burrito and a taco only to get to the window and get completely ignored. Young lady putting gloves on looking down and a young man holding a bag... He said something to her and they both booked it for the lobby / front registers. No acknowledgment, and that long of a wait in the drive-thru? I just went ahead and left. Not worth spending my money there. Judging on the other reviews this Taco Bell desperately needs upper management intervention!

  Used drive thru very slow they had me pull around even though there wasn’t anybody in line. No napkins no sauce food was poorly wrapped and a mess.

  Horrible place, management is bad in there, they barely have any staff menbers (bad managemnet causes shirt staff). One of the lady manager was screaming at the employees the time i was in there (1-15-26). I heard a manager scream that they had to do whatever she says. All employees look overwhelmed, i would too if a manager was screaming at me all the time. Service was ok employees are trying their best, i felt fustrated my 40 minutes i spend there hearing the manager scream at the employees and thats why i understand the staff menbers no one wants to work with a manager like that. I tried getting the managers name but i was ignore i was told by an employee that everytime she is there she is bossy and rude to them i was told by the lady employee that, that manager is the boss. Someone needs to revaluate their decision, brown skin kind of short lady, i think she was wearing glasses, very rude and unproffessional individual. As she just gave me an ugly look when i ask for her name and a phone number to complain. She just walked away ignoring me, i waited almost 10 minutes for her to return with her name and a phone number and i was ignore. I love the food there but sucks that ill probably won't be going in there when she is there, ill just walk out when i see her.

  We went to park and the spaces where way to small and I could barely get out. We went in and everything was way to close like the kiosks and the chairs. The front had no place to put your food so if there was a pile up of food they wouldn't have anywhere to put it. The wait was 30minutes and I know there where alot of people but still way to slow and there where cracks in the wall with chunks missing. The workers where rude and where no help when we needed to pay with money. One of the workers was giving me a horrible stare at even bumped into me and no apology. The food was Luke warm and the meat was soggy. Horrible and just not it they made the place way to fast and small I feel bad for the workers and customers.
