This location was very crowded but they managed it well with several open self help registers and a couple employee ran registers. Also at the self help which was crazy busy, the employee was paying attention and quickly resolving issues so that the lines moved fast! Parking was also busy but we were still able to find a good parking spot in a reasonable amount of time.

Unfortunately we didn’t notice until we were home unloading the groceries. When I called the store they said it’s because they are SLAMMED today! What a poor excuse! I will never use them again for pick up. Looking back on other orders I believe we have been shorted and did not realize it. Very disappointed! They say they will credit our card, but that does not make up for the missing products. We live too far away to drive all the way back into town for missing items. “Get it together, Safeway”!!!!

It's kinda a big deal. It would get a 5 star review from me if the produce was in better shape. I found ONE BAG of green grapes that didn't also have BROWN GRAPES. I love a nice clean store to buy my food from, but if the produce was in better shape, I would highly recommend. It's fixable with the right management, I believe.
