  Why have the rudest worker working the drive thru. So many tourists go through here and you have a nasty attitude thinking you’ll never see them again. Ruins the chances of locals wanting to come back. They need to be properly trained on respect and how to speak to paying customers.

  Unprofessional staff. The company has great advertising. I pull in the drive thru . I’m there for 5 minutes. It’s clearly open , sign is in and it’s 650 pm. 3 staff members . All with headset and no one communicates “technical issues “ which honestly probably lying because the reviews express similar concerns. franchise should think about closing at 7 . Staff certainly is . They are eating and rude

  Apparently the employee was put out with the fact I wanted to use the restroom and order food. Didn't get to order food because I was so disgusted with her attitude it wasnt worth staying and ordering. This was on March 3rd 2026 at 4:45 pm. In case management or the owners read this.   This location is terrible. Located at a truck stop. I'm a truck driver. Location was closed at 6:30pm to walk in foot traffic. I obviously can't go through the open drive through. I asked the lady at the drive through if she would honor my online mobile order from the window. Because I was not physically in a car, she refused service. Absolutely stupid.

  This was the worst experience at any fast food I've ever had in my entire life. Why I understand backups and short staff happens, there is no excuse to not communicate to your customers why they have to wait 20 minutes to even be talked to and the drive-thru. And then when you ask for service the manager is rude and has the worst attitude. The manager refused to give me a card or ability to get feedback on my experience so I'm posting here on Google. This was absolutely a horrific experience. Do not stop or eat here.
