  Bad, my boyfriends food tasted bad, bacon was not cooked all the way, he had a eggshell in his food, i had a hair in my nachos bellgrande, the eggs were crunchy, the meat wasnt cooked all the way, my cheese was a bit chunky, my friend said his food tasted sour, he was questioning himself why it tasted sour. hes so sad he started cryingz Customer service was great! food….i dont know.

  We drove through here on our way home from Vega and I was so pleased. I ordered two taco supremes and was surprised to actually have them packed with meat and have a fresh shell. I rarely expect much from taco bell these days. But the young man at the drive through was polite and the food was great!!

  Drive thru says is closing at 8pm but at 7pm no one there. Trying to talk to somebody but stuff hides behind the shelfs. Don't go there after 6pm. Very rude stuff will tell you that the place is already closed even drive thru.

  Placed drive through order. Very rude and nonresponsive lady. Asked to repeat and confirm our order. Silence and no response from her. At the window- i paid, read receipt with 1 wrong item. Hubby clearly asked the lady at pick up window if that was a chalupa as we read crunch wrap instead of our clear order of chalupa. She answered it's no "sour cream". Then we see her handing crunch wrap in bag. I went inside store and she lied on my face that my hubby asked if it was a crunch wrap! She was so humiliating and asked me to charge $5.49 or something for chalupa for their mistake. She repeatedly lied telling me my hubby asked for crunch wrap while we clearly knocked the windows and asked for chalupa. So I gave up and said just make 1 chalupa and take this back..and had to ask that are you charging me for your error? And still she argues with her mere lie! Finally her manager gave ne 1 chalupa and didn't charge. In the car ...also another item we paid $6.99 - cantina burrito was totally missing from the bag that we realized a mile down the road after going in store to ask for what we caught was wrong right away...another error we caught before payout- 2 soda instead of 1. Another error we caught on the way...ordered just regular nachos fries while they billed/ gave large. How could they miss 1 main item to give us, make error on 3 other items for item itself or size/ counts and rudely that white lady humiliating me with a bold lie about us asking for crunch wrap while I clearly heard him asking for chalupa!? They have serious functiinality issues. The lady was bluntly humiliating me inside the store when I gently started to explain we asked twice for chalupa while they gave crunch wrap and she started to prove us liers. She mentioned initially that she wasn't the one taking our order. If that's true then she WAS the one proving us liers when we re-checked if she is making "Chalupa" because receipt shows crunch wrap in that line. So she doesn't know her job, how to treat people and had several errors on the same order! They need management involved and people trained to do a job that we are charged for!
