  A guy named reggie at sbarro helped with our order at Einstein bros. It was consistently busy but he was keeping track of sbarro and Einstein orders and food. He made one of the best food ive ever got at an Einstein, evrything was made right and delicious with a smile on his face. Even with him mainly taking care of two stores with little help he didn't show any signs of being overwhelmed and was happy to help. They don't have the nova-lox or a few other things but still a good variety. Thank you for helping us reggie.

  What a disappointing experience overall. This location doesn't carry Nova lox , the lady at the counter answered no curtly when I asked if they had lox sandwiches and turned away from me leaving me standing there. When she turned her attention to me again I asked for a plain toasted with a shmear, I got the lightest shmear I've ever had. It's awful when you feel terrible about spending your money at a place that makes you feel like they'd rather not serve you. Will NOT be back.
