  A guy named reggie at sbarro helped with our order at Einstein bros. It was consistently busy but he was keeping track of sbarro and Einstein orders and food. He made one of the best food ive ever got at an Einstein, evrything was made right and delicious with a smile on his face. Even with him mainly taking care of two stores with little help he didn't show any signs of being overwhelmed and was happy to help. They don't have the nova-lox or a few other things but still a good variety. Thank you for helping us reggie.

  What a disappointing experience overall. This location doesn't carry Nova lox , the lady at the counter answered no curtly when I asked if they had lox sandwiches and turned away from me leaving me standing there. When she turned her attention to me again I asked for a plain toasted with a shmear, I got the lightest shmear I've ever had. It's awful when you feel terrible about spending your money at a place that makes you feel like they'd rather not serve you. Will NOT be back.

  Update: pictures are of second bagel. The 4 stars food and service are for CC not the original review below it. CC deserves 5 stars i just couldnt bring myself to put 4 stars with the origonal being 1 star. I had originally been one star across the board. I went back in for that missing receipt in the review below and CC (not sure spelling sorry cc) was there. Same person who called for help actually from the first review. CC was extremely helpful. Great attitude. Helped me with my receipt issue and wanted to make the situation right. This was extremely appreciated. Made me a second bagel the way I expected a basic bagel with extra cream cheese to be while being fast and efficient. I really appreciated their help and attitude. Thank you cc and I hope you are appreciated :) your a good one. I would definitely recommend getting a bagel if CCs there :) Origonal post: When I went in they where very busy so they had to call for help at the counter. That part was good. The lady who came to help however was rude and had to be reminded of my request for extra cream cheese multiple times. Then when I asked to confirm I was only being charged once (because she had me pay twice after having to be reminded again that I had asked for extra cream cheese on her repeat back) she acted like I was asking an unintelligent question. Then when I got my bagel back it barely had any cream cheese let alone extra which i was charged for... I inquired about it thinking they had forgotten to do extra and was informed that was the extra. I dont have a problem paying for an item in this case the extra cream cheese but it was literally a thin coat of spread that was it. You couldn't even see it until you took the bagel apart. Additionally had to ask multiple times for a receipt. I was told I couldn't have it until the bagel was finished being made because they needed it then they threw it away. Extremely unhappy. I literally could have bought a tub or cheese cheese and a regular bagel for less money and to not even recieve what I paid for on top of the poor service what ridiculous. I normally only post good reviews but this was in very poor taste. I recommend no one eat at this Einstein. I highly recommend Einsteins in general!! I eat at the all over the country. Fantastic meals! Definitely eat at Einstein bagels!
