  The drinks I ordered were 3/4 full and the medium fry was about the same. The drinks also came with no ice what so ever. Never had this experience from another

  Without fail, they forget the apple juice every time I order a Happy Meal. They fail to add ketchup when the online order shows it. They fail to give more than 2 sauces when the order has more than 20+ chicken nuggets. And then give attitude when you ask for what the order shows. I know it's a McDonald's... but please be more diligent and courteous.

  Clean restaurant and bathroom and friendly and helpful young lady this Saturday morning…although the garbage outside is full 🗑️ and Rock music is too loud 🎶 Don’t necessarily like the all digital counter with fewer people around the front… Typical good morning breakfast at mcDs Excellent oatmeal 🥣 and sausage biscuit Thank you from your Tucson friends 😎😇🙏

  This establishment is defined by a staggering lack of urgency. The core expectation of a fast-food restaurant is, needless to say, speed. Yet, this particular location fails to meet this basic benchmark, regardless of the time of day. Even during periods of low customer traffic, the wait for an order is inexplicably protracted. This operational inefficiency appears to be a direct symptom of a disengaged and unprofessional staff. The primary issue is not a lack of manpower, but a profound lack of work ethic. On multiple occasions, employees have been observed preoccupied with personal cell phones, seemingly oblivious to their customer-facing responsibilities. This disinterest culminates in a complete breakdown of customer service. When issues inevitably arise—be it an incorrect order or an excessive delay—bringing a grievance to the staff's attention is a futile exercise. There is no visible management presence, no one who takes ownership of the problem. Instead of an apology or an attempt at resolution, one is met with a dismissive "my bad." This casual indifference is perhaps the most telling failure. It signals a complete absence of training, accountability, and respect for the customer. A restaurant can survive slow service if it is an anomaly; it cannot survive a culture of apathy. In its current state, this franchise is not just failing to meet the McDonald's brand standard; it is actively damaging it. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this location to anyone until a significant managerial and cultural overhaul is performed.
