Chicken sandwich was two chicken fingers on a bun and cold. Chicken finger meal was cold, fries were cold and not good. Food was overpriced and did not taste good.

We've been coming here since it opened, but no more.
This place obviously couldn't care less about their customers. They are quick to leave "thanks for the feedback" blanket replies to negative reviews, but apparently very unwilling to change or improve. It's very obvious they don't read the reviews. They donr address any issue listed in the complaint. I'm sure this review will get the same, standard reply as all the other reviews became, simply, they couldn't give a crap about being terrible.
The girl at the window was incredibly rude. She gave three of four desserts, and when she needed to be reminded for the fourth, was mouthy and wrong about the order. When she was corrected to make sure we got the right dessert, she said something snarky about how that's what she said.
The sizes have apparently changed so large blizzards are much smaller. When my wife questioned the size of the blizzards, she said they were correct instead of letting us know they'd changed their sizes to be much smaller.
And they're obviously skimping on toppings.
Two peanut buster parfaits with barely any hot fudge or peanuts.
This will be the last time we will ever give them business.

My family has been coming to this Dairy Queen for years and lately they have been hiring the nastiest, rudest teenagers. Tell me why anyone deserves to be given a bad attitude when the worker didn’t get our order correct, and we just want what we ordered? This is why franchise businesses fail; there’s not a competent person in sight.
