My family has been coming to this Dairy Queen for years and lately they have been hiring the nastiest, rudest teenagers. Tell me why anyone deserves to be given a bad attitude when the worker didn’t get our order correct, and we just want what we ordered? This is why franchise businesses fail; there’s not a competent person in sight.

Highly disappointed in our local DQ! My daughter and I had a craving last night, kind of close to closing, but how hard is it to make an ice cream - so I pulled in to the parking lot at 8:52PM to see lobby lights off - pulled up to the doors where a sign said 9PM and there were still staff inside - pulled around to DT, sat at speaker for 3-4 mins - no one ever answered. Pulled to window - and the perturbed male employee asked what I needed. I asked what time they close, to which he replied 1 minute! I said Forget it, and I left. Decided to try again tonight and arrived at 8:30PM, to a once again dark lobby. Pulled around and there were a couple cars in DT, they took my order and I received my ice cream - only it was wrong and I had to re-enter the DT to have it fixed because the lobby was closed and wait for the other cars to get their orders while my ice creams melted. I asked for the correct ones to be remade so they wouldn’t melt by the time I was home and the staff was visibly annoyed. They asked for my bag and if I had eaten any of them - UM NO! Based on the consistency of the ice cream by the time I got home, pretty sure they just moved the blizzards to a new bag. The franchise owners must be rolling in cash and not really need this location, because based on my experience and the other reviews I’ve read tonight, nothing is being done about early closures and customer dissatisfaction - What’s a few upset customers, right - when you have tasty treats?! Your DQ fan relations team responses that I’ve read barely acknowledge the complaints and seem canned. They always ask the customers to come back next time they want a tasty “treat”. Why would I want to go back to somewhere who CLEARLY doesn’t want to serve customers during their POSTED business hours? Don’t bother responding unless you’re going to address the issue with the local management team, please - if it isn’t worth your time to fix, it’s not worth my time to support your establishment further.

Waited in line for 10 mins to pull up to order at 9:02pm. They came on and said they are closed and shut the lights off. There was at least 5 cars in front of us and 5 more behind us. I'm shocked a business would just close mid rush. Not to mention no way to get out of the drive thru without having to get out of the car and ask all the cars behind us to back out. Maybe if you kept your lobby open until actual closing time your drive thru wouldn't get so backed up. I'm not surprised though, this is typical service for this location.

One of the best sauce and toss jobs I've seen in recent years. The individual tubs to keep the food separated were a nice touch. Prices were higher than Itemember not perhaps there's starring on ranch dressing. Overall great job.

Went to DQ at 8:30pm. The hours are listed that closing is at 9:00. We walked up to the main doors. The main doors were locked. An employee of DQ started making mocking gestures and disrespectful behavior at us trying to go to the main doors and not the drive thru. Completely uncalled for! Rude! No need to be disrespectful for assuming the main doors were open at 8:30, when closing hours are at 9pm!
I walked up to the drive thru window, because our truck was too big to enter the drive thru.
The young lady taking my order was kind, BUT I will never be back due to the ill behavior of the other employee! Even the other employees were embarrassed due to the young man’s disrespect.
