Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- LMLaure Mendenhall1 day ago1.0Poor customer service. Made my drive through order wrong . I had dropped the food off to family which was fifteen minutes away. When I found out order was wrong , I turned around and called them. I was 3/4 way there and they informed me I needed to return food to get correct order. No apology. Would not recommend and will not return. Very disappointed.

All the staff are friendly & helpful & knowledgeable of the current menu items as well as limited time stuff &even few *secret* menu items. I've always had a positive experience & definitely recommend this location. In my opinion. they have the *Best: Sausage, biscuits & gravy that's technically fast-food. 2 👍🏻 👍🏻 's all the way up! Plus being open 24/7 is appreciated!

It was excellent and the people are very pleasant and the restaurant is extremely clean. The only negative is the chairs aren’t very comfortable. I can highly recommend this location 6504 E. 22nd Street
