  heres a pic of my MID ASS wendys from the other night. Asked for 5 sandwiches, only got 2 cold ones, asked for what sauce I wanted and then I didn't receive the sauce, drinks were completely watered down pretty much, fries were cold. i went back to get what i paid for and my food remade and they microwaved my cold sandwich and still i didnt get my sandwich plain like i asked. younger crew seemed like they were too busy converating

  Today was a very disappointing experience. I placed a mobile order before arriving, and even though there were only two cars ahead of me, it took over 30 minutes to receive my food. After waiting 18 minutes at the window, I was asked to pull forward. When the order finally arrived, the fries were old, the nuggets were barely warm, and my burger was missing a patty. I documented everything with photos and video. I ended up eating two nuggets and going elsewhere for dinner because the food quality was unacceptable. Very frustrating to wait that long and still receive cold and incorrect food.

  I've had multiple bad experiences at this location's drive-thru but today was the last straw. There were several people talking & laughing when I pulled up to the order box since apparently the person with the headset never silenced it from the previous order. I was finally able to order a kid's meal & 10 piece nuggets with ranch & bbq sauce. The group of employees when I pulled up to the window were incredibly unprofessional. I checked the bag before pulling away & had no nuggets. He handed them to me & assuming I had what I needed, I pulled away. Decided to stop & double check. I had FOUR nuggets instead of TEN. No sauces at all. At that point the line was wrapped around the building so I left knowing I will never go back to this location. I am tired of not getting what I pay for & it happens here a lot. Either my order is missing something or my order is wrong in some other way. No more. They have lost a customer.
