The burgers just be dry now
I placed a mobile order and still had to wait 30 minutes for it when I arrived. I paid for extras in my food and did not get what I asked for. They did give me a bag full of salt and pepper though?? I wasted my money and time. Mobile ordering was not efficient or accurate.

FAILING
When you have zero pride in yourself and your product combined with zero shame in what you're willing to pawn off as acceptable, you have the Wendy's at 22nd Street and Wilmot. The staff is unfriendly, clearly lacking any sense of genuine customer service.
Nevermind good food, after a substantial unjustified delay from ordering to presentation, hopefully something close to your order is proudly served cold and barely edible, handmade by staff who clearly by example couldn't care less. No noticeable outward attempt was made to provide product value Vs. cost.
Hot and fresh has been replaced with cold and slow with a extra large side of staff indifference.
The only thing remotely impressive about this place was the prices demanded for a overpriced sack of regret and disappointment.
The awarding of one star 🌟 is not only mandatory, it's extremely charitable.
Skip this place and go somewhere else, anywhere else will be a far better choice.
Zero plans to ever return. Wendy's didn't loose my future business, they apparently by design deliberately threw it away.
Hopefully something decent will go in here next.

Gave me the wrong order. Didn’t realize until I go home
Stopped in the drive thru today 2/27 about 4:45 pm. 1. The girl taking our order rushed us through it, I didn’t even get a chance to tell her what size combos we wanted, and she didn’t ask. 2. She snatched the card out of my hand, then shoved it back to me with the receipt and said “HERE.” 3. Our fries were old, mushy, and the wrap I got was lukewarm and barely even wrapped. Fell apart the second I unwrapped the foil. My husband’s burger was half cold and bland. First world problems sure, but I just wanted to stop and get some tasty food after a long day, and before this we had NEVER had any issues with this Wendy’s. I’m disappointed in the service standards here, and our food.
