  I’ve been to a lot of tropical smoothie cafes and this was the chunkiest smoothie I’ve ever had. Do you guys use the same blenders nationwide

  Had to reblend my smoothie at home. It was practically undrinkable. Couldn’t get it through the straw smh.

  Received my order smashed in the bag it was an oatmeal Chia pudding. Politely asked for it to be remade — got back about half of what I paid for. When I questioned it, the employee told me “it’s not the end of the world.” That level of customer service says everything. Was refused a refund at the drive-thru and argued with while cars stacked up behind me (some even left). Had to park and go inside to resolve it after she slammed the window at my face. Instead of handling feedback professionally, two female employees became defensive and started raising their voices. Thankfully, one employee finally stepped in and handled the refund properly. I had mentioned, I drove all the way from the Broadway location which is now permanently closed. Should have been a red flag 🚩 Unprofessional, dismissive, and completely avoidable. I won’t be returning. Save the drama and focus on better customer service.

  A kind woman with a long dark braid made my smoothie for me, and when I mentioned that my smoothie might be missing an ingredient, she immediately remade it without question even though it was probably made right the first time! So to that kind woman, thank you for your time and sorry to interrupt your flow!
