  Of course golfing is fun. We enjoy. The atmosphere the staff was awesome. The food however, well let’s just say I have had much better at a little league concession stand. We were really looking forward to a great time and great food. We had a great time but will not be spending money on the food. As for the mixed drinks. Well Captain and Diet Pepsi should not taste like Diet Pepsi. By the way it’s Captain and Coke, Jack and Coke and everything but Pepsi. Yes I know it’s cheaper but??? Anyway. Your staff was awesome the place was clean and we enjoyed the time. Just not the food or drink.

  Thankful that they have a great nursing room. Very well thought out, changing table, lamp, adjustable lighting, there’s also books so my toddler could join while I nursed baby, it also has a mini fridge and water. Bring a blanket since it’s a bit chilly I assume it’s because it’s on the lower floor of the building but they have blankets in there too ! Really appreciate it. Tip: It’s usually locked so you have to ask someone to get it opened.

  Service at the Bay was 5 stars. No complaints there. Once we went to play pool, we went upstairs to order beverages. I was told someone would bring the beverages down. We played 2 rounds of pool and never got our beverages. It was a hot day and left there SO thirsty. Very disappointing because it was our first time there and we were celebrating my son’s birthday.

  The food is very good I really enjoy using this place for corporate events. Very reasonable food and entertainment packages.

  We came to Topgolf to celebrate two birthdays and reserved four bays for 10:00 AM. We drove 45 minutes to get here, so this wasn’t just a casual stop, it was planned as a special celebration. When we arrived, there were only three other bays occupied, yet the staff refused to place our reservations anywhere near each other. Instead, they put six completely empty bays between our group, making it impossible to celebrate together. It made absolutely no sense given how empty the venue was. To make matters worse, the staff wouldn’t even put a birthday cake we brought in the fridge without getting manager approval, which felt unnecessarily difficult and unhelpful. There were more employees than guests, but no one seemed interested in actually helping or accommodating us. Topgolf is not cheap, and when people book multiple bays for birthdays, you expect at least a basic level of customer service. Instead, the experience felt rigid, unhelpful, and frankly disappointing. Had we not already driven 45 minutes and put down a deposit, we honestly would have just left. Unfortunately, this experience made it clear that we’ll be choosing a different place for future celebrations.
