The management here is a clear example of how a title doesn’t equal competence. You guys need some serious work, and it starts with the employees FIRST! I’d love to return once things are actually being run properly. Thanks!

We politely asked for it to be fixed, but had to explain what was wrong three different times, and it still felt like they didn’t understand. After multiple attempts and continued confusion, we eventually just gave up and went home. Really disappointing to see how much this place has declined. Save your money and go somewhere else that’s actually worth it.
