- BRBiggz RollaxkApr 1, 20261.0The young kid with the glasses and acne, super rude. I think he said his name is Neil. On top of being rushed since choosing the bread, he was visibly irritated by me wanting my sub done the way I like it. 3 Times did I have to ask him to not put my sub in the toaster yet because I wasn’t finished. (Extra cheese, add bacon, and onions On the sub prior to it going in the oven) Although I have never been charged for extra mayo, I won’t argue because he said that was policy. However, the eye rolling and breath huffing Was unnecessary when I asked for a water cup because it wasn’t stocked in the front and he had to go to the back to retrieve it. Food is always good so no complaints there. However, you guys lost two loyal Regular customers, not that us spending $46 on 2 subs matters or would hurt your business.
