  The store manager Jesus made the experience amazing from the moment we walked up until the moment we walked out! Super friendly, helpful with recommendations, and amazing attitude the whole time! Will return just to order from him again!

  I chose delivery, and maybe that was the problem, because I've never had an order so badly done in person. What makes it even more amazing that they screwed it up was that it was such a simple order. Meatball sub, double American cheese, parmesan, and oregano. No veggies. No sauces. Just the meatballs and some cheese and oregano. When it arrived, I took a bite and almost spit it out. The meatballs and sauce were not hot. I don't mean the lowered temperature you can't avoid with delivery, even considering that the store was literally 2 blocks from where I was. I mean the cheese wasn't even melted, and the meatballs were room temperature. I should probably contact the local health department, because I later got sick, and it's probably because the meatballs aren't kept at a safe temperature. As for the rest of it, I opened it up and looked to understand why it tasted so plain. I could neither taste nor see any evidence of parmesan, there certainly was no oregano, and it was clear that they hadn't even put a regular amount of cheese. Instead of double American, there were only two (instead of 4) slices of provolone. Considering that it cost (with delivery and taxes) over $23, you can bet I'll never use this store again.

  Staff was rude and not wearing gloves portions were small said with attitude thats the portion i was told to give I just ordered same thing at another location day b4 and prior to that portion was what it was supposed to be wont go back to this location

  I never write reviews. I barley splurge and eat out on my lunch . My sandwich was way over toasted so the bread would be so hard to chew had to spit it out Everything was such a small amount I couldn't even taste the mayo or mustard and the things I asked for extra of were barley there? All of the veggies had no color to them. I paid 22 dollars on a meal I couldn't eat.
