I ordered the food (took about 15 minutes but it was busy so that was somewhat understandable) but they didn’t give me the fries I had ordered and it took 4 times pushing the button, 50 minutes and going up to the door personally before I got the fries that was a part of my meal.

The breakfast bacon, egg, cheese on brioche bun, was new and delicious, from Sonic. Coke Zero with strawberry, also, was satisfying.
I look forward to the Groovy Fries, on the next visit.
Had to wait 5 mins just to order, only for them to tell us they didn't have any of the advertised Red Bull drinks. They never gave us our total after ordering, and it took over 40 minutes to come out. And thw fries were half-full and stale had to send them back to refill.

Absolutely horrible waited over 2 hours for
shakes and they were completely melted. I ordered on DoorDash and tried to call the store to figure out why it was taking so long and they kept letting it go to voicemail. And a meal that was completely stone cold it was absolutely disgusting and I never got a refund for being handed disgusting food. And my shakes were all the wrong size! And my meal was the wrong size!!!! I have never experienced such horrible service I am a fast food worker this type of service is unacceptable busy or not.

Service here is always very slow. I use the Sonic app to order ahead, drive there, park and check in, and then wait. It's a coin flip whether they'll bring the order out or I'll eventually have to go through the drive through and give them my name, apparently the app doesn't alert them when you check in sometimes.
Recently I paid on the app for a couple of drinks and burgers, waited 15 minutes after checking in, tried the drive-through, drive-through didn't move for 10 minutes, and for the first time drove off without an order.
I love the drinks, the atmosphere is fine and the staff are always friendly and apologetic, but this location seems very short-staffed, it's way too big of a time sink even when ordering ahead.
