Took over 40 mins for them to start the order, then came out saying they didn’t have this certain item and didn’t reimburse for the item. And then took another 10 mins to give us our order, keep in mind this entire time the drive thru line was doing a car every few mins. And people around us didn’t even get there order taken.

The order was not taken correctly. Burger was ordered with no cheese and no onion. Made large for a large iced tea and a large tater tots. Then rest of the meal was ordered as presented. When the food came. The burger was cold and did not have cheese but it loaded with onions. The special cook paper on the burger box just said no cheese. Then the tater tots box was half full. My husband called the female manager over to address the issue and she stated oh I gave you that box because were out of n medium box containers. My husband said its supposed to be large be cause we ordered a large meal. She Then replied that I had eaten half the tater tots already. We literally had our food less than one min. She could tell I was going to argue because I said I literally ate one tater tots that fell out of the bag. She had new tots brought to b us but was rude and obnoxious about it. The person male who brought us the new tots was the same person who took our order and he was furious he had to bring us more food. Oh and not a napkin in the entire order! I don't plan on returning to this location for this is not this managers first attitude problem with customers.

Ordered from car. Thought I had paid with touch cc at the order board. When food came out I was asked to pay. I explained I thought I had paid. Another worker, female walked by as I was dealing with the payment. She asked what was wrong and explained again. She says, that doesn't work. I said it would be nice if there was a notification indicating that. She butts in and tells the male server she would take care of me. Rude for doing that and hands me my bag. Misandry at it's finest. She was way out of line. I wish a had said she needed to let him finish with me. He was doing fine.

Don’t waste your time. We spent over 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru, the majority of that time was after we had already ordered and paid. Then were sent home with the wrong order and didn’t know until we were already home. Very frustrating.

I have been here more than a few times and can honestly say I literally did not get service 3 out of those 5 times. Tonight was the last time I'm going back. We are in the drive thru for 5 min with no acknowledgement. After a while I thought the speaker might be broken but I saw the two girls sitting in the front window talking. I drove up to the window and was completely ignored. The two people that were behind me left also. Do better.
