Choose wisely on who you give your money to.** Your app and website let me load and checkout rare bourbons for a charitable fundraiser, your store held them for an employee, and your systems lied the entire way. Make this right. Publicly. Pictures of your website and app are below. The checkout pages are missing, but the employee remembers I showed him, and I added more and checked out with additional bottles. You know who else remembers? Pepperidge Farm remembers — hopefully those aren’t being stashed too. This is misleading inventory, bait-and-switch behavior, and zero accountability. It wasted my time, gas, and directly jeopardized a charitable fundraiser. Do not trust your app or your word.

I will avoid that aisle if I see other people on it because of how congested it is. Customer service could be better as not a single employee that walks by me acknowledges me. I know they're busy but even a hello would be nice. I do like this store as it is convenient to where I live and typically has everything I need.
