Went up to the customers service desk to ask why there’s no 40 counts of water on the shelves. The lady up there called to the back to the grocery manager to ask if they had any. His reply was yes but I don’t have time to bring any out. So I went to your competitor up the street Frys which had it out. I’m very disappointed because at this store it’s always hit or miss for this product. If I could I would give it a negative rating.

She was an older woman who was complaining because my daughter had went to grab sodas as I was checking out, when I first got to the register it was empty and as I was waiting for my daughter a line formed. Irma and another cashier were complaining and extremely rude to me about the wait time, It was not a long time probably a wait of two to three minutes. The customers behind me were not complaining at all. I have worked in retail and I know how it feels to have a long line forming, usually this is where the cashier acts accordingly and moves the customers to the other register or apologize for the wait but what you do not do is make the customer infront of you feel low for forgetting something last minute. I would completely understand if the wait was long but it was not and not worth the embarrassment and rudeness. This made me very upset to the point where I would recommend people go to a different location with friendly service and people who actually enjoy their jobs.
