  Honestly we never have had any problems when ordering from this location! Pizza was on point , staff was friendly and lunch was delicious !

  Recently bought some pizza for the family & all my kids ended up sick to there stomachs , curled up it was a horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone

  This place keeps receipts and then gives themselves huge tips!!!! Keep your receipts and check your bank charges!!! I'll let you know what happens but DO NOT TRUST THIS PIZZA HUT!! Anyone else???

  12/20/2025 Evening between 5:00-6:30 p.m. Atmosphere doesn't actually apply because this Pizza Hut isn't a Dine-In location, but the customer service was crap altogether. First of all, when I tried speaking to someone on the phone at the South 6th & Ajo location (where we ordered from) Brianna, the employee, hung up on me 4 times (she was the only one answering the phone) and then she absolutely REFUSED to let me talk to the manager on duty, she said she was not going to let me talk to the manager and hung up on me each time after saying that. We ordered extra sauce on the pizzas but the pizzas did NOT have extra sauce on them, although that grumpy and rude employee Brianna claimed that she made them with the cook and she says she herself put extra sauce on them, but she didn't because those pizzas were as dry as this Arizona desert, AND the pizzas were COLD. The pizzas also looked OLD, they looked like they were starting to shrivel up at the crust the way pizza does when it starts to get old. I honestly think they gave me pizzas that were made earlier in the day or evening but didn't sell them and saved them for a later order. They probably just attempted to heat them up but by the time they got to us like I said they were cold. Also, our order came with breadsticks and cinnamon sticks but the cinnamon sticks and the breadsticks were packed together and there was parmesan cheese on my cinnamon sticks...YUCK!! The location on the Northside that we used to order from when we lived out that way, NEVER packed the cinnamon sticks and the breadsticks together. I don't know why the South 6th & Ajo location does. The employee Brianna said that they were not going to send a driver to pick up the order or refund our money and that if we wanted our money refunded we would have to go in there and take it back ourselves, so I had to call a Lyft to take us over there and back home to return the pizza and they did not even give us a refund because according to them the general manager has to do it and the general manager was not there. I don't think she expected us to show up to return the pizzas, but we did!! The minute she saw us walk in with the order, I asked where's the manager and she (Brianna) rolled her eyes and turned around and went and got the assistant manager on duty (the one that she refused to let me talk to on the phone) Kristen, the assistant manager on duty, said for me to call at 10:00 a.m. to talk to the general manager because that's when he'll be there and he's the only one that can give us a refund according to Kristen, the assistant manager. Although I will be speaking to the general manager in the morning, come Monday morning, I will still be reporting Brianna to the corporate office. I will also be leaving this review on Yelp about this location, about the awful service, about the cold and old pizza that was delivered and definitely about Brianna!! UPDATE: This is the following morning 12/21/2025 9:58 a.m. I was told last night when I returned the pizzas that the STORE manager Zack would be able to do my refund over the phone but I just spoke to him and now he's telling me that I have to go in person so they're just giving me the run-around so I will definitely, DEFINITELY be complaining about this location with corporate!!!
