The drivers have been nothing but rude every time theu drop it off as if I have control over where it is delivered from. The app does not load any type of tracking like it used to. When we called the store through the app to ask about how long until our order was delivered (it had been an hour since I had ordered it) and he was also rude about his driver not being back. The pizza arrived cold. I honestly am so disappointed because papa John's used to be my favorite pizza place. Now id rather pay extra for local.
