Food is always good but the memories here at this location especially why did they have to remodel this mcdonalds its sad that you can enjoy the antique of the mcdonalds and they took away the play place for the kids that's sad it breaks my heart 💔 to see all mcdonalds are being remodel so I will give you guys a 1 star rating.

This is my 1st & LAST time coming to the "new" rebuilt automated location. Where do I begin 🤦🏽♀️ 1. Waited about 10 min for my food. 2. another 10 min waiting to get utensils 3. My specialty drink was not what was ordered & paid for. 4. Another 15 min to have it remaid. 5. Finally get to the last few bites of my eggs only to find shells cooked into the scramble 😯. It took another 5-7 min to get the manager. Showed him the plate, not asking for anything but attention to detail! I gave a rundown of what the experience was like & all he said was "I'm sorry". Not to mention the whole time here, the staff focused on the drive thru and barely acknowledge the customers and the line that was forming of angry patrons waiting just as long as I was for my food. To make it worse the table next to me was delivered cold food. The older Saint said she wasn't about to wait for a remake because they waited too long to get their breakfast sandwiches & 2 coffees.
McDonald's ... Mr. & Mrs. Dias your staff needs customer service training. When you know better, you do better.

The days on a fun experience at McDonald’s are dead and gone. You’d be hard pressed to see an actual employee for more than a brief moment and it’s not long enough to be helped or for them to even acknowledge your presence. The ordering system is completely digitized and machine driven. There is no one working to lobby or dining room so each and every table were caked with dried ketchup spots or crumbs from diners who knows when. Refills are over, napkins have to be requested, ketchup and condiments aren’t available for self service any more but again, you can’t find a person anywhere but hidden in the kitchen.
I understand the business model and automating everything. If you can save money by eliminating paid positions, it adds to the profit - I get it. But this entire experience has absolutely deterred me from visiting any McDonald’s not just this one.

I always try to avoid this location. Because the staff is never at the counter and they always act like they know everything. I ordered a medium caramel latte with all the flavors added as extra and paid for that extra stuff. This location gave me a small cup with a black coffee that had barely anything added to is
