At times there will be an order mix up but its quickly corrected if brought to their attention. There is no longer free access to refilling sodas in the lobby since their last remodel. I think they still give free refills but you have to ask at the counter. I always HIGHLY RECCOMEND getting the app, to earn rewards and get coupons for food. It saves you ALOT of money!
