I called to give feedback and was told “ they are doing the best they can” and “it’s not appropriate for me to be talking like that” all I said was they needed to get the orders right, that’s the minimum they could do for customers. They said they were trying their best lol. If their best is getting the orders incorrect… then I’ll just stop going there all together. We will go to another MCdonalds going forward. Disprectful staff.
- CLC LMar 17, 20261.0Atmosphere is only a 5 because of the super gracious kid at the 2nd window. Wavy longish hair with a cap on. Guy has the patience and grace of a surfer. Being told to go around the corner after ordering ahead on the app well ahead of time is crazy work.
- JJJasonMar 7, 20261.0This is one the worst locations in Tucson! Their food is never fresh and customer service is sub par. Multiple times where I wait for 5 to 10 minutes only to be served food that is not fresh, cold fries and the burgers not seasoned. McDonald's had allowed it's franchises to slack on quality of food. Even the buns are dried out! They need to have a talk with Andy the owner of this location.
