  We visited this McDonald’s during the night and had gone through the drive-thru. The person taking the order seemed confused and unhelpful. The person taking the payment was very friendly and kind, however when we recieved our order a bag was just thrown out of the window. There was no person, just an arm, which was quite rude and unprofessional. Additionally upon checking our order, we found that they provided us the incorrect sauces, and we had ordered a 20 piece nugget that we only received 18 of. The combination of an incorrect order and largely unprofessional service has lead us to decide to not return to this location, as this seems to be a running trend with this location. I often have visited this location on mornings or evenings inside and found the managers to be unkind to customers or even staff.

  I used the kiosk to order, I was a bit confused because when i picked the kids meal 6pc nuggets, Apple slices, and frys then went to a different screen to chose my drink for the kids meal, there was no option to pick a soft drink "Fountain Machine Soda". There was just one lady up front who took orders and brought customers there food at the table, sitting area clean, sweeped and wiped down. She came with our order fast and hot. I went up front to exchange two Apple juice for two small coke, because the kiosk didn't give you that option. She said to me, ok two cokes? Me Yes. She told the young tall man at the window "Two Small Cokes Please" Well he stared at the whole counter top just filled with filled soda cups and stared back at her like he wasn't going to do it, its not on the screen or something. Well I was waiting there watching This poor lady with glasses, watching her push her glasses to her face because they were moving to low down her nose, it was so busy and more people just kept coming in, she was moving and commented to her job and communicated with her team mates up front. Like how she repeated her self 3 times to please make " 2 small Cokes" Some other guy came out and made them for me. The guy at the window seem annoyed and unproductive but being short staffed, i guess it's a good idea to have the not motivated worker passing the food and drinks to the customers with a smile. :)

  This McDonalds location is shady allowing criminal activity, active substance use, panhandling. I was there a total of 35 or 40 minutes and was asked for money 8 times and I was asked 16 times if I had "anything" I don't know what they meant but I can only assume they were asking me for illegal substances. I do not recommend this location for anything and I personally would drive out of my way by 20 miles to avoid this restaurant.... ALL BAD!
