  If you were to receive your order, which you won’t (will be taken by some random person) it will be wrong, have missing items and look like they threw the items in a dryer before wrapping them.

  I had a frustrating experience at McDonald’s. I used the self-service kiosk because no one was at the register, but I needed assistance. I turned on the help light, yet no one came—even when an employee walked by chatting with a friend. The lobby itself was very clean, which I appreciated, and a young lady did bring my food out. However, there were no napkins in the holder. I waited at the counter for about 5–7 minutes while employees continued working without acknowledging me. Eventually, I had to raise my voice and say, “Hello, may I please have some napkins?” When I finally got someone’s attention, the older employee rolled her eyes at me as if it was an inconvenience to hand me napkins that were right in front of her. Overall, while the place was clean, the customer service was very disappointing.

  Heat lamp fries and nuggets, drink tasted like they fished the ice out minutes after pouring it. Went here for a fast easy meal for my daughter and I, waited twice as long as is standard (nearly 20 mins) at curbside. Would have cancelled the order but it was designated as “made”. My burger was the only fresh item, and it was so salty I threw up after only a few bites. My daughter at one nugget and abandoned the meal. Night staff is great, but I will not be returning.

  Mobile order. Waited 20 minutes for a sausage McMuffin and a soda. I went inside to check on things and they still hadn’t made it. I checked with the staff on the order progress and after 8-10 more minutes I could hear them still asking if this single sandwich had been made. From start to finish, it took 31 minutes for a single sandwich and soda. Either you need to hire more people or you need to find out what part of the ordering process is broken.

  I asked for fresh fries and got fresh fries I didn't go inside and we went to the drive-thru but it did look like it was clean. And the soda was fresh
