  Worst service took forever fries were disgustingly cold atmosphere was atrocious would not recommend it in a million years.... What's so bad that two families that came in with kids came in and turned around and left....

  This is considered a "large" fry at this location. I would've gone back to complain and have them fix it, but that would have been the THIRD time going back for the SAME order. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I'm a regular here, They know me. I usually get a drink and a cup of ice for my dog. Cold water gets hot fast running errands, so I only ice for my dog. Thank you for your good service, and realizing the reality that it's Tucson and why I just ask for a cup of ice, not a cup of ice water.

  I've been coming to this McDonald's for I don't know how long and I've been allowed to use the bathroom before I make my orders and then today the manager was being rude and obnoxious and the cash register lady had to push the button to allow me to use the register and I've had medical surgery on my bladder so my bladder doesn't hold like normal people so when I come to use the bathroom before I make my order I don't understand why that is such a big deal but the managers both the managers were there and they were both rude and they refused to give me their names because they knew I was going to put in a complaint
