  My husband went through the drive through today and after ordering, was asked if he wanted to round up for the Ronald McDonald House. He said no, not today. When he pulled forward to pay, the young lady asked him politely why he chose not to round up. Umm...it's none of her business, I am absolutely appalled that she would ask that. My husband responded much nicer than I would have. Please tell your employees that it is not okay to ask that.

  For a teeny tiny, bland fish sandwich, large fry & two vanilla cones(without the cones) for the dogs. $19 & change. I opted out & decided on the 2 for $6. Fish sandwich(tiny & bland), 10 piece nuggets(dry, definitely not fresh!) & 2 vanilla ice cream cones( without the cones) for the dogs, still, over $14. I had not been to any McDonalds in over a decade & this stop, was a BIG MISTAKE!!! Convenient or not, I will never waste my $ at McDonalds again!!

  Manager Amanda needs a new gig because she has no customers service etiquette, went in there to try and order at the counter the old fashion way and “you can’t do that “ so I try to order at the kiosk in then tells me it’ll print a receipt and to pay at the counter so you have to double back anyways seems like a lot of effort to try and get two cheeseburgers and a small fry for me and my daughter , I wouldn’t ever come back to this McDonald’s, the other manager was nice and tried to make up for it but this day and she one bad taste in your mouth is all it takes
