  I placed an order through the mcdonald’s app and decided to get it delivered, first off the app took my order to the further mcdonald’s by Mission & Ajo, while there’s a location here on Kinney & Bob area. I was gonna try to cancel it then but it said they already started preparing my order. Once the door dasher Driver got confirmation of my order, the dasher proceeded to take a picture and I noticed it wasn’t in the Mc Delivery bag like it’s supposed to be. I myself door dash and everytime I get it from any Mcdonald location, orders do get put In that specific Mc Delivery bag, but it was the regular drive thru bag. When I proceeded to look at the picture I couldn’t help but notice that my order came with a sprite and a coke, I did let the dasher know it was supposed to be Two Large sweet teas, and I told him it was fine just to make sure they had all my items in the bag. He proceeded to say everything is good, so I’m like okay. When my order arrives, i go get it and when I open the bag, this specific location Mission & Ajo messed up my order completely. First off, I spent 30.44$ on my order including the delivery fee my order included 2 cheeseburgers, 1 Mc double, 1 hot n spicy, 2 large sweet teas, 1 large fry ( fry was free because i used my mcdonald’s’ app points) and 1 medium fry. I should’ve took a picture of what was inside the bag, inside the bag was only the 1 hot spicy, and 1 mc double. Everything else was completely wrong. It came with two 4 piece chicken nuggets with 2 small fries, a sprite, and a coke. I couldn’t even believe how bad they messed up my order!!! As soon as I saw what was in the bag I then called door dash to get a refund on my money. On a final note I will never be going to Mission & Ajo location ever again, this is not the only time they’ve messed up my orders. This location has a lack of communication, lack of service, and very rude staff. I 100% do not recommend this location, i understand these workers are doing the best they can but they need new management or something different, because there should’ve been no reason to why my order got completely messed up.

  The Manager had a chip on her shoulder, she had the worst attitude for being a manager, I have know Joe C. When I lived in Nogales he was the friendliest kindest person he would no tolerate employees like her.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP. They charged me but did not provide my order. When I went to pick up my order, they refused to give it to me, claiming it had been canceled. This was completely false, as I later received a notification with a receipt confirming my order had been picked up, including the exact time. The staff was extremely rude and ignored me when I attempted to resolve the issue. They even sent a woman who did not speak English to communicate with me, which I found completely unacceptable and disrespectful.
