  I ordered a hash brown and when I looked in the bag there was none so I got down amd asked and they said didn't you get coffee and I said yeah cause I did and they tried to have me pay again and when they asked for a receipt the machine didn’t give me one so like how are you supposed to prove that I got one

  I ordered the Huntrx meal and they asked me what sause I wanted. I said both and saw it on the screen. I get home and no special sauce in the box. How do you forget the sauce that is for the special meal. Im very disappointed in the lack of attention towards my meal. Definitely ruined the experience. I place an order i should not have to double check their work, but I guess I have to now.

  Unfortunately everything is usually great here today I'm going to Burger King for breakfast because I have noticed you guys have removed the sausage McMuffin from the 1500 points and put the sausage biscuit on there it is by far the nastiest thing I have ever ordered a complete waste of my points causing me to go to a different restaurant this morning because it was so gross yesterday I don't know why but it was like McDonald's was like hey how can we make the driest bread humanly possible after I was done eating it I was left with a mouth that was that of like one heck of a smoked out leaving me with hecka cottonmouth play is McDonald's bring back the McMuffin I will change my review every McDonald's I go to will get the same review I am extremely dissatisfied by that sandwich

  I payed for a iced tea when I got my cup and went to fill it, It was sweetened and the container said unsweetened. I didn't want sweetened tea. Think that's my last time ever going to any Mc Donalds

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered ahead specifically so I could pull up and pick up my food quickly, yet I ended up waiting over 20 minutes in curbside. While waiting, my children needed to use the restroom. They went inside and politely asked for the code, but the staff refused to give it to them and told them to wait, even though it was clearly urgent. When someone finally came to unlock it, they were rude to my kids and rushed them out of the restroom, telling them they couldn’t be in there because others were waiting. That is absolutely unacceptable, especially toward a 10‑year‑old and a 7‑year‑old. When my curbside order finally arrived, several items were missing, the order was wrong, and there were no straws or sauces that I had pre‑selected. When I tried to talk to the employee, they literally turned around and walked away while I was speaking, and when I asked if they were going to give me the rest of what I ordered, the response was incredibly rude and dismissive. I actually used to work at this location, and I have always trusted it because the service used to be great. But the last few times I’ve come here, the customer service has been rude, unprofessional, and careless. Today’s experience especially how my children were treated was the last straw! Ohh and apparently I got a burnt hamburger on top of all of that.
